Adrian Shaughnessy (one of my favorite design writers) wrote an article for Design Observer detailing the Oscar-winning short animation Logorama by H5. It’s really amazing to see graphic design genre work coming into mainstream, first with Helvetica, the movie and now a short featuring the idea of branding. I love it. I came across an entertaining link at pentagram that helped me determine that if I was a typeface, I would be Universal (developed by Herbert Bayer in 1925 for the Bauhaus). Try it for yourself.
